• An online web-based system to house the training/meeting information. Capabilities include reporting (attendees, no shows, partial attendance), email invitations, email reminders, follow-up emails, customized registration forms and production services (i.e recording).
• Working with clients to customize a web portal interface for clients to enter and review meeting/training information.
• All registration set-up.
• Coordinating panelists and presenters.
• Sending out agendas and registration materials/packages to all participants and attendees.
• Answering registration and event questions. Our customer service is available from 9:00AM-7:00PM EST, (Monday-Friday).
• Providing billing services via credit cards, invoices or purchase order numbers.
• Performing all of the coordination activities whether meeting/training events are on-line or in person.
